I just added this location to Yelp so that I could write this there too. On August 20th 2018 I visited this locally owned store. I was greeted by a very busy owner John Church who was helping two customers on a return, a bit about that later. I own a few pairs of Allen Edmonds, I had Wolverine 1000 mile heritage boots, hell I been wearing boots since the late 70's so I thought to check out some RW's. It was about 11:00am and it was buzzing inside. He was by himself so I knew it was gonna be a bit, I looked at all the display boots in the mean time. The two customers he was helping on the return and the way he did it was awesome, customer service 1000 percent. It was that moment I decided buying 2 pairs of boots. His knowledge was on par and his service was stellar, I tried on 5 pair to make sure the proper fit. I'm a boot and shoe guy so I know what I am looking at and looking for. I landed on the Iron Rangers in Copper and a pair of 415 for my BS boots and a set of RW Revolution Series Insoles. Great Service John! Today I visited again to get a second pair of the RW Revolution Series Insoles, still busy and looking good in the place. This time I was helped by a staff member who was great help, John was with customers otherwise I would've said Hi and let him know how the boots are going. I figure a review is as kind. Hell Yeah! Cheers! ( Revised: 03.11.2019 ) This time I needed a boot with some Steel and Metatarsal so I had set on the RW 4492's because I like how the boot is fitting like the Heritage Iron Ranger yet with some hard use features. 6 months ago I bought the RW Iron Ranger 8085 and the RW 415 from John and I just dig his great service and knowledge, he's a genuine "Boot Guy". John and his team create a great vibe and in the world of boots it makes a difference, in fact a big one! The store is eye candy for one who's into boots! Lifelong resident of Tennessee, but took a trip to Wisconsin for the first time in my life and saw they had a Red Wings store and have always wore red wings boots. I’ve been searching high and low for the green red wings promo hat since 2020. They happily ordered the hat for me and shipped it to my Tennessee residency. Kindest act a business has ever done for me. Would recommend the store to anyone. Thank y’all again!

I always enjoy going to Redwing. I love how they help you find the correct size of shoes. And I love how they put the shoes on for you. I always feel important when I go there.

The gentleman there took the time to listen to what was needed and take care of my husband. He made helpful suggestions and made us feel good about a trip out of town for boots. Great job

Went to Red Wing for some work shoes and was not disappointed in the slightest. The building itself is small but has a nice little local feel to it and the inside is very clean and spacious to boot! Service was grade A+; attentive, aware of your needs, polite, knowledgeable on the topic and just overall friendly and easy to talk to! The shoes are great to with a variety of them to look through including accessories though the only downside is they are a TAD bit pricey! My only complaint aside, if you need new shoes I'd highly recommend giving Red Wing a go, it's one of the better shoe stores I've been to! I had a fantastic experience at this location. They handled a difficult situation I had through my employer with exceptional professionalism. On top of that, they oiled my boots for no extra charge, leaving them in great condition. I’ll definitely be returning for all my future boot needs. Thank you!

The team in Sheboygan are very friendly, courteous and welcoming. I had a warranty issue with a new pair of boots. They stood behind it no questions asked and made the process quick and painless. Always a pleasure buying boots from this store

As a disclosure I go here with a voucher for a free pair each time I go. However, this locations staff and professionalism is top notch. You get greeted immediately and they treat you with care throughout the whole process. They ask what you need shoes for and cater towards what you need. On top of that its a whole experience with measuring and looking at how you walk to find the perfect shoe for you. And they don't do that for just your first time, they do it every time to ensure the best fit for you. You don't walk out of this store until you are fully satisfied with what you want. You get plenty of time and can ask questions that are easily answered, as well as complaints for them to fix in order to get the right shoe for you. I forget the staff names, but my gosh are they amazing. Absolutely recommend! I have gotten 2 pairs, one from last year and now one for this year. Can't wait to try the new ones out!

Best shoes store that ever catered to me! Madison guided me to getting the comfort that I needed. Their insoles are a work of art and their shoes are quality. Going through getting to know my feet and what I needed was amazing. They have this technology that can 3d visualize your feet’s shape and it tracks the pressure when you walk. It makes it very easy to know what insoles and shoes your feet need. Definitely had a great experience buying shoes from Red Wing. I highly recommend!

I have been going to Redwing as soon as they came to Sheboygan and I am on my third pair in 14 years at Kohler. Nothing but perfect and knowledgeable service every single time.
